Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ –1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 8 –12 ounces filtered water room temperature or cold
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cayenne and ½ teaspoon honey or stevia

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large glass, pour in the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
  • 2. Top with filtered water, stirring until the mixture looks uniform.
  • 3. Sprinkle in chia seeds, then stir thoroughly. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  • 4. Shred fresh ginger directly into the drink, stirring to distribute evenly.
  • 5. Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, or sweeten with honey/stevia. Stir and enjoy before meals.

Notes

Adjust to taste by varying the ginger or vinegar. Best consumed within 48 hours if refrigerated. Try freezing into cubes for a quick refresher.
