Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 blocks cream cheese 8 oz each, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Gel food coloring purple, green, black

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line springform pan with parchment and prepare crust with Oreos and butter.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream and vanilla.
  • 3. Divide batter into bowls and tint with food coloring.
  • 4. Pour alternating spoonfuls of colored batter into crust. Swirl gently with knife.
  • 5. Bake in water bath for 55–65 minutes until center jiggles slightly.
  • 6. Cool in oven with door ajar, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 7. Slice and serve with Halloween decorations.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for best color intensity.
Chill overnight for best flavor and clean slices.
