- Wooden skewers 4-6 inches
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup orange segments
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Small pretzel sticks or banana slices optional
- Candy eyes optional
- Small piece of carrot optional
- Small piece of red bell pepper or dried cranberry optional
1. Place the apple half, cut-side down, on a serving platter.
2. Wash and dry all fruits. Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces.
3. Thread fruits onto skewers to resemble turkey feathers.
4. Insert skewers into the apple to create the turkey's tail.
