Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 sheet of nori optional
  • Honey or coconut flakes for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the sushi rice and mix with vinegar and sugar.
  • 2. Lay plastic wrap over a bamboo mat and spread cooled rice on it.
  • 3. Add cream cheese and sliced strawberries in a line.
  • 4. Roll tightly using the mat.
  • 5. Slice into bite-sized rounds using a sharp knife.
  • 6. Top with honey or coconut if desired.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Nori adds structure but can be skipped for dessert-style rolls.
