Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • cup almond flour
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract.
  • 2. Add in protein powder, almond flour, and sweetener.
  • 3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • 4. Roll into 10 small balls.
  • 5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  • 6. Store in fridge up to 7 days.

Notes

Swap cream cheese for plant-based if dairy-free.
Freeze for longer storage (up to 2 months).
Add graham cracker crumbs for a classic twist.
