  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice such as oat milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers or granola optional
  • Extra sliced strawberries for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine chopped strawberries, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. Stir and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste, remaining maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in rolled oats and milk until well combined. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Layer oat mixture and strawberry mixture in jars, finishing with oats on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Top with crushed graham crackers or granola and extra sliced strawberries before serving.

Notes

- Use any milk you prefer for this recipe.
- Adjust the sweetness with more or less maple syrup as desired.
