  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt; spread evenly in the pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth; spread over brownie layer.
  • Combine strawberries, 2 tbsp sugar, and lemon juice; spoon over cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

- Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- Do not overmix the brownie batter to keep it fudgy.
