- 100 g fresh strawberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vegan Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sweetened non-dairy milk
- 100 g strawberries chopped (add-in)
- 10 g white chocolate chips add-in
- 25 g freeze-dried strawberries or dried strawberry pieces add-in
1. Add 100 g fresh strawberries, vegan Greek yogurt, and non-dairy milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the rolled oats to the blender and blend again until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, and freeze-dried strawberries if using.
4. Divide the mixture between two jars or airtight containers.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the oats to soften and thicken.
6. Before serving, top with extra add-ins if desired. Enjoy cold.
Use unsweetened non-dairy milk for a lower sugar option.
Substitute any non-dairy yogurt or milk you prefer.
Oats will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
