Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt divided
  • 6 medium strawberries fresh or thawed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt for cream topping

Instructions
 

  • 1. In two jars, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond butter, milk, maple syrup, and 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • 2. Add sliced strawberries to the jars and stir to combine.
  • 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 30-45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  • 4. Whisk 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt into the melted white chocolate mixture until creamy.
  • 5. Spoon and smooth the cream topping over each jar of oats.
  • 6. Cover jars with lids and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • 7. Enjoy chilled in the morning.

Notes

For a jammy swirl, mash thawed frozen strawberries and layer into the oats or topping.
Prepare a large batch by mixing the base in a bowl and dividing among jars for up to 4 days of breakfasts.
