- 1 cup milk cow, almond, oat, or coconut
- 1 –2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1 cup ice
1. Sift matcha powder to avoid clumps.
2. Whisk with a splash of warm water until smooth.
3. Add milk and vanilla syrup, stir to combine.
4. Pour over ice and serve chilled.
For a hot version, skip the ice and steam the milk.
Adjust sweetness with more or less vanilla syrup.
Use ceremonial grade matcha for smoother taste.
