Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound flatbread dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese cut into ghost shapes
  • 1/2 cup black olives whole and sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets small bite-sized pieces
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • 2. Lightly oil a large baking sheet.
  • 3. Roll out flatbread dough into a rectangle to fit the pan.
  • 4. Brush dough with olive oil.
  • 5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • 6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • 7. Arrange cauliflower florets evenly across flatbread.
  • 8. Bake for 8 minutes, until cheese starts to melt and edges begin to crisp.
  • 9. Remove from oven.
  • 10. Place mozzarella ghost cutouts on melted cheese.
  • 11. Press sliced black olives into ghosts to create eyes and mouths.
  • 12. Add whole or halved black olives around flatbread as gravestones.
  • 13. Return to oven and bake for 5-7 minutes more, until ghosts are melted but still hold shape, and crust is golden brown.
  • 14. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • 15. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro.
  • 16. Slice into squares and serve warm.

Notes

Mozzarella cheese melts best for creating ghost shapes.
Use fresh parsley or cilantro for a vibrant garnish.
