- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding 3.9 oz each
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container whipped topping 8 oz
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Chocolate shavings or ganache optional
1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9x13 dish and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
3. Whisk pudding with milk for 2 minutes until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.
4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Torch or broil for 30 seconds to toast.
5. Top with remaining whipped topping and optional chocolate shavings.
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
