Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding 3.9 oz each
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate shavings or ganache optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9x13 dish and chill.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  • 3. Whisk pudding with milk for 2 minutes until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • 4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Torch or broil for 30 seconds to toast.
  • 5. Top with remaining whipped topping and optional chocolate shavings.
  • 6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before slicing.

Notes

Chill overnight for best results.
Use Cool Whip for freezer-stability.
Swap in peanut butter cups or flavored pudding for fun variations.
