Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Optional: diced jalapeños or fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise over medium heat until smooth.
  • 3. Add shredded smoked gouda and stir until fully melted.
  • 4. Fold in cooked bacon, garlic powder, paprika, and optional jalapeños.
  • 5. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly.
  • 6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
Prepare up to 2 days ahead, refrigerate, and bake before serving.
