Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup pure tart cherry juice
  • 1 teaspoon magnesium powder
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add magnesium powder to a glass and pour in cherry juice.
  • 2. Stir until magnesium powder is dissolved.
  • 3. Add a few handfuls of ice.
  • 4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • 5. Taste and adjust sparkling water amount to preference.

Notes

Drink 30–60 minutes before bed for best results.
