A rich, creamy milkshake inspired by the limited-edition Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake, featuring pistachio cream, chocolate shell, and crunchy salted honey kataifi.

For The Chocolate Magic Shell:
- 1.5 oz dark chocolate 60–70%, chopped
- 1/4 tsp canola oil

For the Salted Honey Kataifi:
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2/3 cup dried kataifi

For the Shake:
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla custard ice cream
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 5 tbsp salted honey kataifi
- 2 tbsp pistachio cream

For Garnish:
- 5 tbsp salted honey kataifi
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1. Melt chocolate and stir in oil to make a magic shell.
2. Coat a milkshake cup with the shell, freeze upside down.
3. Melt butter with honey and salt, mix in kataifi until golden, then cool.
4. Blend ice cream, milk, pistachio cream, and kataifi until smooth.
5. Pour shake into prepared cup.
6. Top with remaining kataifi and chopped pistachios.
7. Serve immediately.
You can substitute pistachio paste for pistachio cream by mixing with a little honey.
Use high-quality vanilla ice cream for a creamier result.
Optional: Add a dash of rosewater to elevate the Middle Eastern flavor.
