Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Provides structure and a satisfying snap

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melts into a smooth sweet layer
  • 1 cup peanut butter Adds creaminess and thickness

Toppings

  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces Adds crunch and color
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Optional; adds a sandy, toasty bite

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.
  • Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate into the lined dish and spread it into an even layer.
  • In a second bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until combined.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate layer and spread gently.
  • Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces and optional crushed graham crackers over the top. Press down gently.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  • Lift the bark out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

For best results, stir both chocolates every 30 seconds in the microwave to prevent overheating. Use a sharp knife to cut for clean edges.
