Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium purple carrots
  • 1 medium purple sweet potato
  • 2 sweet apples
  • ½ handful fresh purple basil optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Wash and prep all produce.
  • 2. Cut apples and sweet potato into smaller pieces if needed.
  • 3. Run everything through a juicer.
  • 4. Pour over ice, garnish with basil, and enjoy.

Notes

This recipe makes about 3 cups of juice (3 small servings). Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in a sealed jar in the fridge for 24 hours.
