Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 –2 cups warm water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Warm the water slightly, but do not boil.
  • 2. Stir in the pink salt until dissolved.
  • 3. Add fresh lemon juice and optional ACV.
  • 4. Drink first thing in the morning before meals.

Notes

Use fine pink salt for faster dissolving.
Skip ACV if you’re sensitive to acidity or fasting.
Add mint or ginger for extra digestive benefits.
