- 100 ml coconut milk full fat for creaminess
- 4 g ceremonial grade matcha
- 200 ml coconut water or enough to fill about ⅔ of your glass
- ice enough to fill half your glass
1. Sift matcha powder into coconut milk and whisk until fluffy.
2. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice and pour in coconut water until ⅔ full.
3. Gently pour the matcha coconut cloud on top.
4. Dust with matcha powder, stir before drinking, and enjoy!
For best foam, use chilled full-fat coconut milk.
