Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml coconut milk full fat for creaminess
  • 4 g ceremonial grade matcha
  • 200 ml coconut water or enough to fill about ⅔ of your glass
  • ice enough to fill half your glass

Instructions
 

  • 1. Sift matcha powder into coconut milk and whisk until fluffy.
  • 2. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice and pour in coconut water until ⅔ full.
  • 3. Gently pour the matcha coconut cloud on top.
  • 4. Dust with matcha powder, stir before drinking, and enjoy!

Notes

For best foam, use chilled full-fat coconut milk.
Use ceremonial-grade matcha for a smooth, vibrant flavor.
Serve immediately for best texture.
