This Green Tea Matcha Chocolate gains its color from the Matcha Powder. Super easy to make and a great gift or treat for all the Matcha-Lovers out there.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup cocoa butter
  • cup confectioner's sugar - sifted
  • ½ teaspoon coconut milk powder - sifted
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder - sifted

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter until it's completely liquid.
  • 2. Add in the sifted confectioner's sugar, coconut milk powder & matcha powder.
  • 3. Stir until there are no lumps in the chocolate mixture.
  • 4. Fill the mixture in a chocolate mold.
  • 5. Place the chocolate in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!

Notes

It's best to store the chocolate in the fridge, as it melts easier than other chocolate.
