  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 package 15.25 oz vanilla or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Spread the berry mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with vanilla bean paste.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the berries, covering the surface completely.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix, making sure to cover as much as possible.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
