- 1 –2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup milk of choice almond, oat, soy, or dairy
- Optional: honey simple syrup, or vanilla syrup
1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
2. Add cold water and chill the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Fill two glasses with ice and pour in milk until 3/4 full.
4. Stir in sweetener if desired.
5. Pour chilled matcha over milk and ice, stir, and enjoy.
Use ceremonial grade matcha for best flavor.
