- 1/2 to 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
- 2 oz hot water 170°F
- 6 –8 oz milk of choice oat, almond, dairy
- 1 tbsp lavender syrup
- 3 tbsp heavy cream for foam
- 1 tbsp milk for foam
- Ice cubes
- Optional: sweetener of choice
1. Sift matcha into a bowl and add hot water.
2. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
3. Sweeten if desired.
4. Fill glass with ice and pour in milk.
5. Pour matcha over milk.
6. Froth cream, milk, and lavender syrup until foamy.
7. Top latte with lavender foam and enjoy.
Use culinary-grade dried lavender for homemade syrup.
Adjust syrup to taste – start with 1 tbsp.
