- 8 cups cold water
- 1 lemon thinly sliced (or 2 tbsp lemon juice)
- ½ cucumber sliced
- 10 –12 fresh mint leaves
- 1- inch piece of ginger thinly sliced (optional)
- Ice cubes as many as you'd like
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional
- 1 tsp raw honey optional
1. Wash and slice all produce; lightly crush mint leaves.
2. Add lemon, cucumber, ginger, and mint to a 2-quart pitcher.
3. Pour in cold water and add plenty of ice cubes.
4. Add apple cider vinegar and honey if using.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight).
6. Stir before serving. Refill pitcher up to twice before replacing ingredients.
Use fresh, organic produce when possible for best flavor.
Avoid drinking right before bed if sensitive to acidity or caffeine.
