  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed agar-agar powder powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the sliced strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Optional: Strain the purée through a fine mesh sieve into a saucepan.
  • Add lemon juice and honey to the purée. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Slowly sprinkle agar-agar powder over the mixture, whisking continuously.
  • Use a dropper to fill silicone gummy bear molds with the mixture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
  • Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.

- Use fresh or thawed frozen strawberries.
- Adjust sweetness by varying honey or maple syrup.
