  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed agar-agar powder powder

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Optional: Strain the purée through a fine mesh sieve into a small saucepan.
  • Add lemon juice and honey to the purée. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Slowly sprinkle agar-agar powder over the warm mixture while whisking continuously. Whisk until dissolved.
  • Use a dropper or spoon to fill silicone gummy bear molds with the mixture.
  • Transfer molds to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Gently pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

- For a smoother texture, strain the strawberry purée.
- Adjust honey or maple syrup to taste depending on strawberry sweetness.
