  • Scoop and press the mixture firmly between your palms to form small bites. Ensure they hold their shape.

Firming

  • Place the bites in the freezer until they are noticeably firmer.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth, stirring to achieve a glossy consistency.
  • Dip each chilled bite into the melted chocolate for a full coating, or drizzle chocolate over the tops.
  • Let the chocolate set until firm before serving.

Notes

For best results, stop pulsing when the mixture is sticky and compact. Store the bites in the fridge to maintain firmness and a snappy chocolate layer. They can also be frozen and dipped later for a fresh serving.
