- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2 cups dairy-free milk almond, coconut, or oat
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup whole chia seeds
1. Blend the frozen cherries, dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and almond extract in a blender on high speed until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a jar or bowl. Add chia seeds and stir for about 1 minute.
3. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then stir again.
