Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk almond, coconut, or oat
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup whole chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • 1. Blend the frozen cherries, dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and almond extract in a blender on high speed until smooth.
  • 2. Pour the mixture into a jar or bowl. Add chia seeds and stir for about 1 minute.
  • 3. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then stir again.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • 5. Stir well before serving and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
If it thickens too much, add a splash of dairy-free milk to loosen.
