- 10 garlic scapes trimmed
- 1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Trim the garlic scapes by removing the bulb and woody ends.
2. Place scapes, nuts, cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a food processor.
3. Pulse to chop the ingredients slightly.
