  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons butter extract
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the oats and sprinkles in a medium bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of almond milk and butter extract; stir well.
  • Place 1/4 cup of the oat mixture in the bottom of two jars.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt over the oats in each jar.
  • Divide the remaining oat mixture over the yogurt layer.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, mix the protein powder with almond milk until thick, starting with 5 teaspoons.
  • Divide frosting over each oat jar and serve.

Notes

- Store in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
- Add a splash of milk if oats thicken too much.
