- 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2.5 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 –3 fruit roll-ups
- Optional fillings: Nutella peanut butter, mini marshmallows
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Fruity Pebbles cereal until evenly coated.
4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined surface and press into a thin rectangle.
5. Add optional fillings and roll tightly using parchment to help shape.
6. Wrap fruit roll-ups around the log to resemble seaweed.
7. Chill for 10–15 minutes, then slice into 1-inch rounds with a sharp knife.
Use cooking spray or oil on hands to prevent sticking.
Customize with different cereals or candy toppings.
Store in airtight container up to 2 days.
