Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain or flavored yogurt Plain gives tang, while flavored is sweeter.
  • 2 tbsp Honey Optional for additional sweetness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.

Fruit and Mix-ins

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit (such as berries) Other fruits can also be used.
  • 1/2 cup Granola Optional for added crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips Optional for a dessert-like feel.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet or flat tray with parchment paper.
  • Add the yogurt to a bowl and stir until glossy and uniform.
  • Mix in honey and vanilla extract if using, until fully blended.
  • Gently fold in fresh fruit and any granola and/or mini chocolate chips.

Scoop and Freeze

  • Spoon small mounds onto the parchment-lined tray.
  • Freeze until bites are completely solid.

Storage

  • Transfer frozen bites to a freezer-safe container or bag.
  • Keep them frozen until ready to eat.

Notes

Keep yogurt well-mixed before adding. Use small, bite-sized fruit pieces for even distribution.
