Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries Make sure they are truly frozen for best results.
  • 1 cup coconut milk Can substitute with vanilla ice cream for a richer texture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup Optional; add if strawberries are tart.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Ties the flavors together.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Add the frozen strawberries, coconut milk (or vanilla ice cream), and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • If strawberries are tart, add honey/agave; otherwise, wait until after tasting.

Blending

  • Blend until thick and creamy, about 30–90 seconds, until no visible strawberry chunks remain.
  • Scrape down the sides if needed to ensure an even blend.

Finalizing

  • Check the texture; it should be soft-serve thickness. If loose, blend longer.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey/agave if necessary.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for a fluffy, soft-serve consistency.
  • For a firmer, scoopable texture, freeze until firm, then scoop and serve.

Notes

Serve in chilled bowls for the best presentation. This dessert is best enjoyed fresh from the blender but can be frozen for later consumption. If freezing, let it sit out briefly before scooping.
