Frozen S’mores are the ultimate no-bake summer treat — layers of creamy chocolate pudding and whipped marshmallow between graham crackers, served chilled!

box graham crackers
about 18 full sheets

box
3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
2
cups
cold milk
1
cup
marshmallow fluff
1
cup
whipped topping
like Cool Whip
Instructions
1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Lay half the graham crackers to cover the bottom in a single layer.
3. In a bowl, whisk chocolate pudding with cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes until slightly thickened, then spread over the graham layer.
4. In another bowl, mix marshmallow fluff and whipped topping until smooth. Spread evenly over the pudding.
5. Top with remaining graham crackers, pressing lightly.
6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
7. Slice into bars and serve straight from the freezer.
Notes
Let thaw 2–3 minutes before serving for softer texture.
