Ingredients
  

  • 3 – 3 ½ cups cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 apple – chopped
  • ½ cup pecans – chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions – chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add chicken, cranberries, pecans, apple and green onion to a medium-size bowl.
  • 2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over chicken and other ingredients.
  • 3. Using a large spoon or spatula, toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
  • 4. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–5 days.
Best when served chilled or at room temperature.
You can swap mayo for half Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
