Ingredients
  

  • 4 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and minced garlic.
  • 2. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix gently.
  • 3. In another bowl, blend feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • 4. Fold the tomato mixture into the cheese mixture.
  • 5. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
