Ingredients
  

  • 600 grams ricotta cheese
  • 100 ml honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 60 ml honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  • 2. Whisk ricotta, honey, eggs, corn starch, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  • 3. Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until browned and set.
  • 4. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
  • 5. Drizzle with honey and dust with cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for a smoother batter.
Strain ricotta if watery to achieve the best texture.
