Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Corn Chex
  • 4 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups pita chips or bagel crisps
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 packet 1 oz dry ranch seasoning

Instructions
 

  • 1. Combine cereals, pretzels, and pita chips in a large bowl.
  • 2. Whisk together oil, pickle juice, and dried dill.
  • 3. Pour liquid mixture over snack mix and toss to coat.
  • 4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the mix and stir again.
  • 5. Microwave for 5 minutes, stopping every minute to stir.
  • 6. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Add cayenne for heat or Parmesan crisps for a cheesy variation.
Make gluten-free by using GF pretzels and pita chips.
