Ingredients
  

  • 10 –12 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons drippy peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Split dates open and press down each one onto the sheet, overlapping slightly so they stick together.
  • 3. Drizzle peanut butter on top and spread with a spoon.
  • 4. Sprinkle on chopped peanuts.
  • 5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, drizzle, and spread to coat.
  • 6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  • 7. Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set, then cut into 10 pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw a few minutes before eating if frozen.
