Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on or 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream optional
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: 2 strips cooked bacon

Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add butter and place chicken skin-side down.
  • 3. Sear until golden and crispy, about 7–8 minutes.
  • 4. Flip chicken and cook through, about 5–6 more minutes.
  • 5. Optional: Pour in heavy cream and shredded cheese, reduce until thick.
  • 6. Top with crumbled bacon and serve hot.

Notes

Use thighs for higher fat content.
Add bacon and cheese for extra indulgence.
Store leftovers up to 3 days in the fridge.
