Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • 2. Blend until completely smooth.
  • 3. Pour into loaf pan and freeze for 4–6 hours.
  • 4. Let thaw for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
  • 5. (Optional) Re-blend frozen ice cream for smoother texture.

Notes

Use banana or nut butter for softer texture.
