Cookies and Cream Fudge: A Decadent 3-Ingredient Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g white chocolate
  • 397 g condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur optional
  • 8 sandwich cookies such as Oreos

Instructions
 

  • 1. Break chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with condensed milk and liqueur.
  • 2. Melt over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • 3. Chop cookies into small pieces and fold into the fudge mixture.
  • 4. Line a 20 cm square tin with baking parchment. Press fudge into the tin.
  • 5. Chill for 1-2 hours until set before cutting.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
Fudge keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
