Sweet, crunchy Churro Saltine Toffee with buttery caramel, creamy white chocolate, and cinnamon sugar.

- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Arrange saltines in a single layer.
3. Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, boil 3 minutes.
4. Pour caramel over crackers, spread evenly.
5. Bake 5–7 minutes until bubbling.
6. Sprinkle white chocolate chips, let melt, spread evenly.
7. Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle over chocolate.
8. Cool completely, break into pieces, and serve.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Freezes well for up to 3 months.
