- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups
- 12 Nutter Butter sandwich cookies
- 6 Reese’s peanut butter cups halved
- 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
- 1 tbsp flaky salt
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Combine dry ingredients with the peanut butter mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s cups.
6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet.
7. Press a Nutter Butter and a halved Reese’s cup into each cookie.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until just set.
9. Drizzle melted white chocolate and sprinkle flaky salt over cooled cookies.
Use creamy peanut butter without added sugar or oils.
Substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
