- 1 cup natural peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 –4 tbsp warm water as needed for texture
1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and cocoa powder until well mixed.
2. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
3. Stir until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add warm water one tablespoon at a time.
4. Adjust sweetness to taste.
5. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
