Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional for smoothness

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add peanuts to a food processor and blend until creamy, about 3–5 minutes.
  • 2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and coconut oil if using.
  • 3. Blend again until smooth and fully combined.
  • 4. Transfer to a clean glass jar and store refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
  • 5. Stir before each use if separation occurs.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more maple syrup.
Use a high-speed blender for ultra-smooth texture.
Add cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
