Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or stevia optional
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener to your blender.
  • 2. Add protein powder, almond butter, yogurt or cauliflower, and sea salt.
  • 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 4. Add ice and blend again.
  • 5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • 6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

You can skip maple syrup entirely or use monk fruit for low-carb versions.
Add a splash more milk for a thinner consistency or reduce it for a shake bowl.
