Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies: A Melt-in-Your-Mouth Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a mixer, beat butter, cream cheese, sugar, and honey until fluffy.
  • 3. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  • 4. On low speed, add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
  • 5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • 6. Drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheet; bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • 7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Soften the butter and cream cheese before starting.
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
