Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed black tea cooled
  • 1/4 cup vegan yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: dash of nutmeg or black pepper
  • Toppings: banana slices almond butter, chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • 1. Brew strong black tea and let it cool.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and brewed tea.
  • 3. Add yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir well.
  • 4. Mix in cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and salt.
  • 5. Transfer mixture into a jar and cover.
  • 6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 7. Stir and top with banana, almond butter, or toppings of choice before serving.

Notes

Keeps well in the fridge up to 4 days.
Add toppings right before serving for freshness.
Adjust spices to taste—more cinnamon for warmth, or black pepper for chai kick.
Can be made nut-free with sunflower butter.
