- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup strong brewed black tea cooled
- 1/4 cup vegan yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: dash of nutmeg or black pepper
- Toppings: banana slices almond butter, chocolate chips
1. Brew strong black tea and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and brewed tea.
3. Add yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir well.
4. Mix in cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and salt.
5. Transfer mixture into a jar and cover.
6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Stir and top with banana, almond butter, or toppings of choice before serving.
Keeps well in the fridge up to 4 days.
