Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 1.5 oz McGuinness Blue Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Soda Water

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add gin, blue curaçao, and simple syrup to a shaker glass.
  • 2. Stir gently.
  • 3. Add lemon juice and soda water.
  • 4. Pour Blue Curaçao slowly in the center and allow to settle.

Notes

Substitute your favorite brands of gin or blue curaçao if desired.
Serve immediately for best fizz and presentation.
